Bruegger’s Bagels in upstate New York currently holds the record for the World’s Biggest Bagel. Imagine how many pounds of lox and cream cheese you’d need to dress it properly. 
This awesome bagel weighed 868 pounds and required 1,100 pounds of dough, 900 gallons of water, and 10 hours of baking time. It was prepared at the New York State Fair on August 27, 2004 and was sliced and served to onlookers, who were encouraged to make a donation that would benefit local area food banks.
