Oh yum, it’s finally Girl Scout Cookie season again! We were delighted to run across an awesome grown-up treat involving our favourite Girl Scout Cookie, the incomparable Samoa. The Drunken Spatula shared a simple recipe for a Samoa Cookie Cocktail that sounds every bit as sweet, chocolatey, caramelicious, and coconutty as the cookies themselves.
