Zombieite photographed this amazing homemade Halloween costume recreating Doogie Horner’s wonderfully ghastly illustration for the cover of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, the parody novel by Seth Grahame-Smith which combines Jane Austen’s classic novel with contemporary zombie fiction.

The woman wearing this fantastic costume, a semi-professional costume designer based in New York, was also responsible for creating it. The skeletal jaw was handmade using latex and moved with her own mouth when she spoke, creating a very unsettling effect. We love it.
