Artist and entrepreneur Melissa Ng of Lumecluster designed and created these two beautiful 3D-printed masks for her Dreamer/Nightmare Mask Series. Although they appear quite delicate, the masks are made of a strong, flexible white material that makes them suitable to be worn. However they make striking display pieces as well.
Both designs are currently available as 3D-printed works through the Shapeways.

"Soon the hunt will begin."
We’re no strangers to great cosplay here at the Geyser of Awesome and this incredible Female Predator has got to be one of the best we’ve seen yet. It’s all the work of Finnish cosplayer Noora Nevalainen, who, with the exception of the leggings, made this entire jaw-droppingly awesome costume by hand:
"I made the mask from upholstery foam, liquid latex and acrylic paints. Most of the leather parts are made by my dear dad, all leather is real second hand leather. Animal skull is a fox skull I found from a forest, and collar bones are ordinary chicken bones."
Noora won first place for her fearsome costume at Ropecon XX, Finland’s massive annual role-playing convention.

While it’s not on the official list, we’re pretty sure that practicing good oral hygiene habits is part of the Unicorn Code. However we recommend brushing your pearly whites a bit more gently than this enthusiastic fellow. And don’t forget to floss!
This has got to be one of the silliest uses of our Magical Unicorn Mask that we’ve seen yet. We love it! While we don’t know who created the Gif, the genius behind the original video is Luke Mitchum on Vine! Thanks, Luke.
Entitled Recollection, the living exhibit takes place inside an aquarium where the red crab wanders throughout a dreamy underwater Martian landscape of red rocks while wearing a beautiful reproduction of Romanian sculptor Constantin Brâncuși’s Sleeping Muse as its shell.

Vinnie, who runs an Animal Crossing blog called It’s All About the Belljamins, tipped us off to this awesome work of Animal Crossing cosplay by aberrantkenosis, who reports, “My Brewster cosplay is coming along.”
"Brewster is a character who works in The Roost all hours of the day in the lower floor of the museum. He is a quiet, reserved pigeon with an interest in coffee. His name is a portmanteau of ‘rooster’ and ‘brew’.”
Between the anthropomorphism, that marvelous mustache, and his love of coffee, Brewster is a pigeon after our own hearts and a delightfully dapper work of cosplay.
